The Alagna Plus 2.0 Jacket by Karpos is the evolution of an iconic piece for ski mountaineering, a hybrid men's jacket with a slim fit designed for intense aerobic activities in challenging conditions. Its intelligent construction ensures protection and breathability: the front, collar, and upper sleeves are made from a 100% recycled polyamide fabric with a PFAS-free DWR treatment to repel wind and light snow. In these areas, it features an innovative 170-gram Octa insulation, also made from recycled polyester, which provides exceptional warmth, lightweight, and high breathability. To ensure maximum sweat evaporation during the most strenuous ascents, the rest of the jacket is constructed with a highly abrasion-resistant shuttle fabric, composed of 91% polyester and 9% elastane. The functionality is designed for the mountaineer: all zippers are YKK® for maximum reliability, and the two large chest pockets with gussets are positioned for easy access even when wearing a harness and backpack, ideal for storing skins. The organization is completed with internal mesh pockets and a practical keyring. The shaped hood with a stiff brim offers effective protection, while the elastic hem at the bottom of the torso and the elastic cuffs ensure a snug fit that prevents heat loss.
