The Kong KISA Impact Shock Absorber via ferrata plate heat sink allows to gradually dissipate the impact force due to a fall thanks to the friction caused by the rope in the tool.
It is perfect both for creating a dissipation system for a via ferrata set and for increasing the safety of insurance points in critical situations or positions.
The KISA dissipator allows the use of ropes from 9 to 11mm in diameter, achieving different degrees of friction and glide.
Rope diameter and length depend on the weight of the user and the type and condition of the rope. With wet ropes, for example, the sliding is less.
