La Sportiva Stellar II for women is a boot dedicated to all-round ski mountaineers seeking the best mix of performance in ascent, descent, and comfort. Lightness, freedom of movement, and excellent walkability allow for significant elevation changes without tiring the legs.
The BOA® Fit System closure is easy, fast, and precise, making this boot ideal even for those approaching ski mountaineering for the first time.
The introduction of this system is a novelty compared to past editions and ensures a perfect fit for the foot, maximum comfort, exceptional fit precision, and makes the entry and closure operations from the shell extremely easy.
The cuff excursion is as much as 68°, allowing for maximum mobility to move quickly and safely in any situation. The Solar II is also equipped with a removable spoiler, placed at the back of the cuff; this plastic plate is a thickness that can be positioned at two different heights on the calf, and when removed, it provides additional mobility.
The patented SWING-LOCK™ ski/walk system makes the transition between ascent/descent modes very simple.
Between the inner boot and the shell surface, there is a removable insulating polyurethane insole (WarmSole™ technology) that prevents direct contact of the foot with the inner shell, allowing for better comfort and perfect thermal insulation.
Finally, to complete the fit precision at the top, the boot features a hook closure system and an additional Velcro closure that allows for further adjustment of the front tension.
Solar II is a comfortable, safe, and fast boot in ascent, performing and progressive in descent.
