This iconic footwear combines a ripstop fabric and recycled mesh upper, which is extremely durable and breathable, with the new GORE-TEX ePE Extended Comfort membrane, ensuring total waterproofing and protection against tears while being environmentally friendly. The design is crafted for maximum protection: the collar of the shoe integrates a gaiter that prevents the entry of stones and debris, while the reinforced toe cap and rubber rand shield the foot from accidental impacts against rocks and roots. Comfort during long walks is ensured by a soft and cushioned midsole, enhanced by a layer of compact EVA foam in the heel and a TPU insert for superior stability with every step. The outsole is made from the FriXion White compound, the stickiest in the La Sportiva range, and utilizes Impact Brake System technology to maximize traction on ascents and braking capability on descents.
