Lattice Training Extensor Bands finger bands
Lattice Extensor Bands are bands for training the fingers, an important component of climbing training. Developing the strength of the forearm extensor muscles helps the fingers manage the intense loads they are subjected to during climbing.
Each package contains a set of 3 bands that combine to create 7 levels of increasing resistance.
