Lattice Training Micros Holds 6 micro climbing training holds
Lattice Micros Holds are a set of six small climbing holds designed to improve your finger strength.
Made from high-quality Tulip wood, inside the package you will find three pairs of holds, each with two different thicknesses perfectly shaped to reduce the risk of injuries and very annoying and painful slips.
You can train on six different thicknesses depending on how you want to orient these holds: 4 or 10 mm, 6 or 12 mm, 8 or 14 mm.
