The Lattice Pin Grip is a vice for clamping weights onto the Lattice Lifting Pin, so that it can be used not only as a support for weights to be attached to the harness or other aids, but also as a pin for training wrists and forearms.
Simply add the weights to the 1 inch/25mm diameter Lattice Lifting Pin and secure them in place with the Pin Grip.
It is perfect for wrist and forearm training/rehabilitation.
