Mammut 9.0 Alpine Sender Dry Rope climbing rope
Mammut 9.0 Alpine Sender Dry Rope is a climbing rope with three certifications. It can be used both as a single rope but also as a half rope or a twin.
Thanks to these three approvals, the range of use of this rope is greatly enlarged, which you can then purchase to use it at the crag, for more alpine use or for climbing on ice.
Very thin, it is perfect for those looking for a high-performance crag that can be used very well as a half rope.
The sock is particularly smooth thanks to the use of the highest quality yarns: this reduces its final weight and, thanks to the denser weave, prevents dust from penetrating inside, prolonging the life of the rope.
It is also equipped with a Dry treatment which, in addition to guaranteeing waterproofing to the sock and the core of the rope, also helps to prevent dirt from entering.
Since 2020 Mammut has managed to obtain incredible results on all ropes with this waterproof treatment. If before this in fact led to a slight stiffening of the sock, now you will notice how all the ropes with Dry treatment are even softer than the classic ropes!
