Metolius Freerider climbing crag backpack

The Metolius Freerider is the perfect backpack for a day of climbing at the crag. It is made from a lighter version of the Durathane™ backpack material. The fabric is double-sided with a bright yellow interior for easy visibility when searching for something in the backpack. The transport bag-style edge adds durability and allows the backpack to stand upright for easy access to gear, while the tapered shape makes it easy to carry. The pocket on the top lid is accessible from both the inside and outside of the backpack and includes a handy D-ring for attaching important items like car keys. The closure system uses an aluminum buckle, and the lower flap where it closes forms a hidden pocket for convenient storage of items or climbing guides. There is also an additional compression strap to attach extra loads like a rope or clothing. The soft suspension of the Freerider makes long approaches with heavy loads more bearable.
