Moon Armstrong Fingerboard is a hangboard designed to become your go-to for finger strength training!
After a year of testing and modifications by some of the best climbers in the UK, the Armstrong Fingerboard has been fine-tuned in every detail, aiming to allow you a 360° training experience.
The asymmetric layout that includes all types of holds allows you to perform all the classic one-arm and two-arm training routines!
In two-arm exercises, the holds are positioned so that they are always shoulder-width apart. All those typically used for one-arm exercises are in the central section of the hangboard, allowing you to maintain a central position away from the door frame above which you will mount it. Additionally, if you need to unload weight during exercises, there are two cord supports to which you can attach your gear.
Made with the same birch plywood, it is much gentler on the skin and more environmentally friendly than plastic and polyester hangboards. The wood is the same as that used for MoonBoard Wood holds, which are used and loved by thousands of climbers around the world: a guarantee of quality!
The dimensions are 65 cm x 16.5 cm x 5.5 cm and you will have available:
- 18 mm and 22 mm pockets positioned in the center for one-arm hangs and pulls
- 2 side grips for pulls and hangs
- 2 slopers with a 35-degree angle
- 25 mm, 20 mm, 15 mm, 10 mm, and 8 mm pockets on both sides
- 2 pinches of 22 mm
- 2 mono holds
