Moon Armstrong Fingerboard is a climbing hangboard designed to become your go-to finger strength training!
After a year of testing and modification by some of the UK's best climbers, the Armstrong Fingerboard has been fine-tuned to every detail, with the aim of giving you a 360 ° workout.
The asymmetrical layout that includes all types of grip allows you to perform all the classic one-arm and two-arm workout routines!
In two-arm exercises, the grips to be used are positioned so that they are always shoulder-width apart. All those typically used for single-sided exercises are in the central section of the beam, allowing you to maintain a central position away from the door frame on which you will mount it. Furthermore, if you need to unload weight during the exercises, there are two lanyard supports to which you can attach your equipment.
Made with the same birch plywood, it is much gentler on the skin and ecological than plastic and polystere beams. The wood is the same as the MoonBoard Wood holds, used and loved by thousands of climbers all over the world: a guarantee of quality!
The dimensions are 65 cm x 16.5 cm x 5.5 cm and you will have:
- 18 mm and 22 mm notches positioned in the center for single-sided suspension and traction
- 2 side handles for traction and suspension
- 2 countersink with 35 degrees of slope
- 25mm, 20mm, 15mm, 10mm and 8mm notches on both sides
- 2 x 22 mm bidites
- 2 single fingers
