Moon Deadhanging Rungs 29 mm Big wooden workout list is terrific for training finger strength.
Made of birch wood this list is excellent both to build your personalized Pan Gullich at home but also to make a mini climbing beam if you don't have much space.
Available in three different thicknesses (18, 23 and 29 mm), these slates are all 90 cm and all have six four-finger holes: this will allow you to train in many different and fun ways, different from the classic suspension. In fact, you will be able to train yourself with traction and suspension games with narrow arms, shoulder widths or eztra wide to move different muscles.
