Northeast Climb Hang Ring is a set of wooden gym rings that allows for a wide variety of exercises involving the upper and lower body and helps to work on movement coordination.
The set consists of two high-strength wooden rings with a diameter of 32 cm.
The ring set is very easy to use, lightweight, takes up no space, and you can take it with you to the park, office, or gym.
The tool is also a great way to practice intense CrossFit-style workouts.
The straps are adjustable, 140 cm long.
