Ortovox Peak 40 Dry is a mountaineering backpack designed down to the smallest detail to get you to the top without working too hard despite the weight on your shoulders.
This version is for all true mountaineering lovers who venture despite the uncertain weather: it is in fact completely waterproof, with taped zippers that ensure that the equipment inside always remains dry.
It should be noted that, being waterproof in itself, it does not need any type of DWR water repellent treatment and therefore the backpack is made without using PFC.
Your large capacity of 40 liters allows you to store everything you need inside for demanding day trips but also for several days.
The Full Back Light Back system distributes the weight evenly and makes the backrest extremely comfortable even when fully loaded.
Externally, then, you will find all the attachments you may need: ice ax holder, ski holder, helmet holder, pole holder, upper attachment for the rope.
You can also reduce weight when you are about to tackle a challenging climb.
