Patagonia Cragsmith 45l is a climbing backpack. Updated and renewed version made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester and DWR water-repellent treatment with PFC free. However, despite this small significant change in the fabric used, the fundamental characteristics of the backpack remain unchanged.
The exterior is a compact shell with just two side straps to compress it when necessary, two pockets for water bottles, and another pair of straps to increase carrying capacity.
The top opening allows you to load the gear, and the zipper that runs along the entire back gives you immediate access to everything you have packed. All you have to do is throw the backpack on the ground to slide the zipper open!
The 32-liter Cragsmith features padded shoulder straps (adjustable both above and below) that help you support the weight when fully loaded, a minimalist waist belt with a buckle closure, and a top handle for hand carrying. It also has an internal pocket on the back that can be used for a hydration system.
