Patagonia's R2 TechFace is a fleece that serves as the perfect mid-layer for tackling the cold, our R2® TechFace Jacket offers warmth and breathability, but with the added abrasion and weather resistance that characterises the most versatile garments for the mountains when the weather is variable.
The full-bodied, double-knit fabric is soft and warm against the skin, without retaining excess heat; the rugged outer surface has a PFC-free DWR treatment (durable water-repellent coating that does not contain perfluorocarbons) with moisture-wicking performance.
Centre-front zip with profiled and softly lined accommodation for greater comfort on the skin.
Left chest pocket and two hand-warming pockets on top have zips with profiled accommodation and allow for backpack and harness wear; two inside pockets.
Plain, low volume cuffs that do not fray and do not snag on equipment.
Partially profiled hem to retain heat on the inside.
