Petzl Omni SL locking carabiner
The Petzl Omni SL is a semi-round multidirectional carabiner designed to close FALCON ASCENT, NEWTON, and VOLT harnesses or to connect a CROLL ventral ascender. It features the manual Screw-Lock locking system.
This carabiner allows you to join the two textile attachment points of the FALCON ASCENT, NEWTON, or VOLT harnesses, secure a CROLL ventral ascender, or close an anchoring strap such as CONNEXION or WIRESTROP. It guarantees resistance to simultaneous stress on the three axes up to 25 kN.
Its structure offers ease of maneuvering: the wide free area on each side of the lever improves the resistance of the textile attachment points, the fluid internal design reduces the risk of stabilization points and facilitates rotation, while the Keylock system prevents accidental snagging.
