Petzl Rig descender for work at height
Petzl Rig descender for work at height is also designed for rescue maneuvers and occasional rope ascents.
Designed for experienced professionals, it has all the advantages of being a top-of-the-line descender.
Petzl builds the Rig with an ergonomic handle that ensures constant control of the descent and an Auto-Lock system that allows you to operate without using the handle and the stop key packaging to move around the work site.
When the user releases the handle, the rope is automatically locked in the device. Once the rope is locked, it can be retrieved without using the handle, allowing for easy short ascents on the rope (by adding a Footape or Footcord pedal and a blocking handle Ascension).
You connect the Rig directly to the harness with a carabiner, through an opening latch that allows you to easily navigate through fractions.
The new Rig is reinforced with a stainless steel tongue in the area of greatest wear, where the rope runs, allowing for greater resistance and long-lasting durability.
