Petzl Tango 8.5 mm half rope climbing
The 8.5 mm Tango by Petzl is a rope designed for long multi-pitch routes on rock, to be used as a half rope or twin rope. Easy to use with belay systems thanks to its diameter, it features a Middle Mark at the midpoint to ensure excellent control during belaying. Additionally, it is made with a series of treatments that enhance its performance.
The UltraSonic Finish treatment strongly bonds the core to the sheath at the ends of the rope, ensuring durability.
The ClimbReady treatment ensures that the rope is ready for use and prevents unrolling errors by the climber.
The Everflex treatment allows for excellent and lasting handling.
