Problem Solver Motion is a portable climbing beam designed to always be carried with you. In fact, you can train in the open air but you can also warm up at the right point for your project on the cliff.
Despite being very small (38cm wide) you will find a lot of different grips and depths to vary the type of exercise as well.
In fact, if you use the beam on one side you will have 24 and 20 mm notches available, while if you rotate it upside down there are the smaller sockets: 14, 10 and 6 mm perfect for real pros!
Do not forget that the training on suspended equipment and therefore not fixed to the wall is very complete as you will have to keep the body rigid and in tension to avoid twisting!
The beam comes supplied with an adjustable mounting strap.
