The Men's Mythic Alpine Down Jacket by Rab is an ultralight technical down jacket designed for extreme mountaineering, climbing, and skiing in intense cold conditions. Thanks to the exceptional 900FP European goose down insulation, this jacket offers an astonishing warmth-to-weight ratio, tipping the scales at just 313 grams. The outer shell is made from recycled Pertex® Quantum 10D with ripstop technology and a fluorocarbon-free DWR treatment, ensuring protection from the elements and superior durability despite its incredible lightness. The zoned construction, with square baffles on the core to maximize insulation and regular baffles on the pre-curved and articulated sleeves, ensures total mobility during climbing. The slim fit and reduced volume allow for easy layering under a shell, while the stitch-through construction promotes high breathability during fast movements at altitude. Technical details such as the insulated hood with a stiff peak, the YKK® VISLON® front zip with a fleece-lined chin guard, and hidden pockets complete an excellent piece for those who do not compromise between weight and performance.
