The Stratosphere 4 by Rab is an inflatable mattress designed to offer an excellent balance between warmth, lightweight, and minimal bulk, ideal for trekking, mountaineering, and fast & light adventures. Thanks to the Stratus™ R insulation made from 100% recycled polyester, this model is capable of trapping air and drastically reducing heat loss through convection, ensuring an R-Value of 3.8 that guarantees comfort even when temperatures drop. With a thickness of 8 cm and enlarged outer air chambers, it allows for stable sleeping in the center of the mattress, preventing accidental slips during the night. The hybrid rectangular shape is designed to accommodate various resting positions, while the low-profile two-way valve facilitates both inflation and rapid deflation. To ensure maximum hygiene and speed, the mattress comes with a practical pump sack, in addition to a transport sack and an emergency repair kit. Weighing only 695 grams and with extremely compact dimensions when packed (24x12 cm in the Regular version of 183x51 cm), the Stratosphere 4 represents a robust and reliable choice for those seeking restorative rest in the mountains without weighing down their backpack.
