The Raumer Rock 10 plate is a fixed anchor with a 10 mm hole that anyone who has climbed at least once has surely seen. The key features of the product are its strength and the great adaptability of the hole: its dimensions allow the simultaneous use of two carabiners! Moreover, their cost remains extremely competitive. Another great advantage is the absolute simplicity of the plate, which, with a thickness of 3.5 mm and a matte gray color, becomes practically invisible once on the rock, making it very unobtrusive. It has become a classic in the world of mountaineering, climbing, and rescue.
WARNING: The plate is made of AISI 316L stainless steel - Marina version, further resistant to corrosion due to agents present in marine environments. Raumer performs a three-phase treatment for marine stainless steel: Solution - Pickling - Passivation. The icon of a stylized fish with the word INOX inside distinguishes this plate from its normal version. Below you will find information about the technology used for this type of product.
Raumer is a company based in Schio, in the province of Vicenza, specialized in the production of hardware for various sports: climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, caving. The company was founded in 1992 by an idea of Cesare Raumer, the owner. He has been able to combine his deep passion for mountains, nature, and caving with mechanical technology. The strong point has always been the use of AISI 304 stainless steel in the production of anchors. Currently, following continuous experiences and acquired knowledge, AISI 316L stainless steel is used, which is even more resistant to abrasion. Raumer is therefore synonymous with quality, safety, and above all MADE IN ITALY: the entire production indeed takes place in the Vicenza plant.
