Item 220M.
The Raumer stainless steel anchor consists of a 10 mm wing plate in diameter and a type R 5000 closed carabiner. Excellent for top rope, it works particularly well in pairs to create very practical anchors.
WARNING: This anchor is made of AISI 316L stainless steel - Marina version, further resistant to corrosion due to agents present in marine environments. The Raumer company processes marine stainless steel through a three-phase treatment: Solution Treatment - Pickling - Passivation. The icon of a stylized fish with the word INOX inside distinguishes this anchor from its normal version. Below you will find information about the technology used for this type of product.
Raumer is a company based in Schio, in the province of Vicenza, specialized in the production of equipment for various sports: climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, and speleology. Founded in 1992 by Cesare Raumer, the owner, it has managed to combine his deep passion for mountains, nature, and speleology with mechanical technology. The strong point has always been the use of AISI 304 stainless steel in the production of anchors. Currently, following ongoing experiences and acquired knowledge, AISI 316L stainless steel is used, which is even more resistant to abrasion. Raumer is therefore synonymous with quality, safety, and above all MADE IN ITALY: the entire production takes place in the Vicenza plant.
