Rustam Climbing Bombita is a climbing hangboard made of very precious wood that allows you to train hard without having any excuse.
Studied in detail, Bombita allows you to gradually increase the difficulty of your exercises, whether they are suspensions or tractions.
In fact, thanks to the various depths of holds, this board is suitable for expert people but also for those who have a little less years of experience. You can indulge yourself in doing billions of tractions in different modes but you can also hang in suspension for hours.
In the upper part you will find perfectly round sloperss holds with different (but symmetrical) inclinations depending on the area, while immediately below them you will find pockets 28 mm deep to make many tractions.
Now comes the fun part: there are two rows of small notches to make a lot of suspensions and train to close your project on rock.
Depth of the crimps in the central row: 12 mm - 15 mm - 18 mm
Depth of crimps in the lower end: 7 mm - 8 mm - 10 mm
Finally in the middle you find single crimps to be able to also do single arm exercises.
