Rustam Climbing RainDrop is a pair of small portable climbing holds. Two finger holds made of wood that allow you to train the strength of all your fingers separately.
Have you ever found a mono finger hole on your project and been afraid to pull it or unable to hold it? RainDrop was created precisely for this.
A groundbreaking innovation in the climbing world, climber Rustam Gelmanov wanted to fill this gap that was still missing by creating this small wooden hold that you can put in your pocket and train wherever you want.
You can train with both hangs or pulls, so by hanging this hold, but you can also attach the hold to a machine or a pulley and lift weight discs.
Additionally, you can also use RainDrop as a TRX and thus train both arms and fingers at the same time.
Very useful to use for rehabilitation purposes after an injury.
Attention! Unlike its brother Monik, this hold is not a hole but has a closed side to further increase the difficulty.
