Salewa M's Ortles Light Mid Powertex are perfect mountaineering boots for those looking for a fast boot for use in all conditions.
Great to wear for technical and rocky trails but also for routes on snow and ice. The Pomoca Alpine Light compound provides grip and traction on the most varied trails and the EVA midsole perfectly cushions shocks from footsteps, even the fastest ones.
There are so many technologies in Ortles Light that all together make it an extremely comfortable and safe shoe. You will find the Ankle Protector System that wraps and protects the foot from rocks and stones, while the new Salewa Edging Plate 2 technology combines rigidity for the more technical sections and flexibility and cushioning for the more hiking sections.
There is also the 3F system technology which, thanks to Kevlar cables, reinforces the heel area and prevents rotation of the foot inside the shoe and finally, thanks to the 3D lacing and the Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) you can customise the internal volumes to perfection.
The upper, on the other hand, is made of durable technical fabric with TPU inserts that protect against impact and abrasion.
