Salomon MTN 80 Carbon is a ski touring ski that weighs just 980 g and is the lightest model in the Salomon stable of touring skis. It is designed to offer the perfect ski/binding system, to test your heart rate on challenging ski touring ascents down the ski slopes or embark on a long exploration tour in the mountains. Its minimalist construction offers lightness on the ascents, while ensuring dynamism and fun on the descents.
Ideal for advanced skiers who carve with confidence regardless of slope difficulty, snow conditions or speed.

Medium turn: the imaginary circle created by the sidecut (radius) of the ski is between 15 m and 20 m.
Long turn: the imaginary circle created by the sidecut (radius) of the ski is > 20 m.

The ski's medium camber offers good grip on groomed snow and icy gullies, while a rocker in the tip makes it easy to float on fresh snow and maneuver in all snow conditions.
