SCARPA Golden Gate ATR trail running shoe
SCARPA Golden Gate ATR is a super versatile trail running shoe, suitable for daily training on medium and long distances on off-road and mixed terrains, which can also include paved sections!
Comfortable, reliable, and protective, it fits well for people of any weight and experience. The fit is very precise, and for this reason, SCARPA recommends going one size up if you desire a comfortable fit.
The upper is lightweight, breathable, and durable. Additionally, thanks to structural wave laces, you will always have the correct tensioning and an optimal fit. To improve the fit, there is an integrated collar at the tongue that simulates a sock, facilitating foot entry and preventing mud and pebbles from entering. Even in the rest of the shoe, you will feel like you are wearing a soft sock, which, thanks to the Sock-Fit LW construction, makes the fit snug and extremely comfortable.
Another strong point of this model is the combination of sole/midsole! The latter is equipped with the propulsive system “i-Respond” that enhances the push phase and allows for less energy expenditure. The sole, on the other hand, is the Presa TRN-02 with 4 mm lugs, made by SCARPA with a very high-performance compound that guarantees excellent grip both on dry and wet surfaces, without compromising durability.
