Description
The Sarsen Insulated Jacket for men by The North Face is a technical thermal jacket, designed to be the reference layer for mountaineering and ascents where warmth and lightness are critical. The heart of the jacket is the lightweight synthetic insulation Heatseeker™, which provides exceptional warmth without adding bulk and retains its thermal properties even in humid conditions. This insulation is also highly compressible, making the jacket ideal for stowing in a backpack. The outer fabric is 100% polyester with a non-PFC DWR (Durable Water-Repellent) finish, which provides lasting protection against light moisture. Every detail is designed for the mountain: the hood is adjustable and helmet-compatible, while the numerous zippered pockets, including those for hands, one on the chest, and one dedicated to the ski pass, allow for storing essential items. The cuffs are adjustable with VELCRO® for a secure fit, completing a perfect piece for tackling big walls in intense cold conditions.
