But what do we mean by rocker midsole? We are talking about a midsole with a rounded shape that facilitates the natural movement of the step, the roll, up to accentuating it to reduce muscle fatigue.

This is even more emphasized by the offset that you will find between the heel and toe: inside, in fact, there will be a 6 mm difference in height that pushes you directly towards the next step.
