The North Face W Verto Alpine Gtx are women's hiking shoes that will accompany you on even the most demanding hikes.
The midsole has a foil insert to give rigidity and support to the arch of the foot so as to better support the foot on the roughest terrain. The upper, on the other hand, is made of durable leather with protections on the toe and heel.
On the toe there is a comfortable climbing zone to allow even short climbing stretches while on the heel the braking zone prevents the foot from slipping during steep climbs.
All this is enclosed by three layers of waterproof Gore-Tex membrane to keep the foot dry at all times.
