TOORX Functional Suspension Trainer Pro is super innovative and designed to complete numerous exercises using the so-called "suspension training" technique. Climbers are also discovering training with the TRX®: functional training for all muscle groups through postural control, without the use of machines or weights. This system is based on in-depth research aimed at systematic improvement and is applied in both sports and professional and military fields.
Inside the box, you will find everything needed for a complete training session: two extendable nylon straps with two ergonomic foam grip handles, where you can insert your hands or feet depending on the exercise to be performed, a carabiner to attach accessories, a ceiling strap, and a door anchor.
Unlike the Functional Suspension Trainer, in the Pro version, the two straps are adjustable via steel buckles and feature a series of indices (from 1 to 9) that allow you to vary the intensity of the exercise according to your needs.
With the Functional Suspension Trainer Pro, you improve stability, balance, coordination, and flexibility.
