PIEPS Set Best Companion is an avalanche safety equipment kit consisting of an avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe.
Inside this kit you will find the Micro BT avalanche locator, the smallest, most compact and intuitive of the entire Pieps line.
Thanks to a particular sensor technology, this ARVA is very easy to use and automatically switches from transmission to search mode. Furthermore, at the first signal reception the device will emit a vibration so that the user can concentrate on the visual search on the surface.
Then you will find the Probe Alu Sport 260 probe: light and easy to use with the Speed-Cone-System technology that allows you to open the 6 12.5 mm sections very quickly. The graduated scale in its entire length of 260 cm allows you to check the depth of the snow.
And finally also the T640 Telescopic shovel. This is light and comfortable, with an extendable T-handle, non-slip edges to ensure a perfect grip with the boot and very sharp edges to cut snow to perfection.
