This guide discusses the multipitch routes of this massif that looms over the city of Lecco, and together with Lario Rock – Falesie, represents a technical and historical reference point for the knowledge and evolution of climbing on the walls around Lario. From the historical routes of the 1930s to the numerous equipped modern routes, there is now an infinite choice on the walls of Lecco. This volume aims to provide a largely exhaustive picture of the current technical situation, ranging from the Grigne to the Resegone, to Monte San Martino, to Valsassina and the many minor structures.
The authors have also included a series of historical insights related to the events and characters that have animated vertical action on these walls over time. In addition, specific sheets are included, accompanied by an iconographic apparatus enriched with rare images, often unpublished. Importance has also been given to the detailed description of the routes not only through analytical text but also and above all through the tracks on the photographs.
