Vola Hangboard is a perfect climbing beam to train your finger strength. Are you forced home and don't have time to go to the gym? No problem because Hangboard has everything you need to do a complete workout at home.
Made of fine pine wood, then, this beam is not aggressive on the skin of the fingers so as not to give you any excuse!
There are different sockets and grips present in this beam so you can train with a single tool without being forced to have a real home gym.
In the upper part of the beam you will find: on the edges of the discreet sockets to train the compressions, which are really very useful today especially in indoor climbing boulder, two skewers skewed at an angle of 40 °, two flat sockets to be able to warm up with traction and more you will also find a convenient pocket to store your phone and thus calculate the time of suspensions and recovery times.
Going down you will find all the dimensions and depth of notches that you need to carry out all your exercises: you find a bit more good grips to make series with overload weights but you also find micro notches to make bad suspensions!
You will have noticed from the image that there are two empty spaces with two holes: these are used to fix additional sockets such as pliers or half balls that you can find in our catalog.
