Wide Boyz Crack Trainer + Soft Grip hangboard climbing
The Wide Boyz Crack Trainer + Soft Grip is a simple two-piece adjustable crack system, lightweight and featuring soft grips, ideal for use at home or in climbing gyms. It can be used as a single unit for specific crack exercises and to refine technique, or multiple units can be added to create complete boulder problems or circuits. The product comes disassembled and is easy to assemble.
The Soft Grip part is included and can be installed during the assembly process, and it is easily replaceable later if worn. The use of the Soft Grip provides a comfortable and secure grip on the crack. This option is ideal for endurance and strength training, as well as for refining technique. For a more challenging crack surface, the product can be purchased without the Soft Grip.

Usage:
Use only with climbing shoes.
Practice and train using a combination of Wide Boyz tape (or crack gloves) and bare hands.
Always stop using it before hands and feet become painful.
Setup:
The Crack Trainer consists of two halves adjustable according to the desired width. Below are the widths recommended by the Wide Boyz. (The sizes listed below are for informational purposes only, and it is recommended to adjust the Crack Trainer according to the size of your hand/arm/leg/head, etc.)
- 2.55 - 3.80 cm = thin hand
- 3.88 - 5.10 cm = narrow hand
- 5.10 - 6.35 cm = medium hand
- 6.35 - 8.90 cm = wide and curved hand
- 8.90 - 10.15 cm = fist
- 10.15 - 12.5 cm = palm + fist
Level and skills:
The Crack Trainer can be used by climbers of all levels, from beginners who want to train exclusively on technique to those who have been practicing for years and want specific crack exercises. Examples of training exercises can be found on the card included with the product.

- 2 halves of the Crack Trainer (+ all necessary screws for assembly).
