Wild Country Ascent Lite climbing locking carabiner
Wild Country Ascent Lite is the lightest version of the Ascent carabiner with a locking mechanism. The strength offered by the carabiner is the same, but the weight and dimensions are significantly reduced. Nevertheless, the Ascent Lite remains perfect for rope maneuvers with a bowline knot and half hitch, and the same applies to use with belayers. The Keylock nose prevents accidental snagging during use, the carabiner is hot forged, and the rope side surface is wide to minimize wear on the rope itself.
